Taxi sex assault trial doctor evidence

Doctors have been given fresh evidence that female patients are more likely to suffer rape, than male patients, after police admitted a man had sex with a female patient on a Sydney taxi.
The revelations were contained in court documents relating to the trial of a doctor who was accused of having sex with a woman in 2015.
The 42-year-old man, known as ’Dr. T’ — in court documents only as Doctor T — is due to return to court for jury selection on September 14.
The evidence contained in the court documents was obtained by the Herald Sun.
The Herald Sun has also interviewed Mr T’s lawyers.
The case is not expected to proceed to trial.
Mr T admitted having sex with his patient in 2016, which he admits to the ABC.
He was accused of providing her with an injection of HIV, as well as h파워 볼 바카라aving other sexual activity with the patient before she came forward to say he had assaulted her.
He was initially charged with two count싱가포르 카지노s of aggravated sexual assault — the maximum penalty.
In a statement, NSW Police인터넷바카라 said there was no evidence he had sex with his patient as part of any sexual activity, including the HIV injection.
